Professional standards require professional preparation. All Prolific FC players are expected to arrive fully equipped and prepared for every session and match.

Required Training Kit:


  • Prolific FC training kit
  • Appropriate football boots (surface dependent)
  • Shin pads (mandatory)
  • Water bottle
  • Weather-appropriate layers
  • Training jacket / rain layer when needed

Additional Expectations:


  • Kit must be clean and presentable
  • Jewellery must be removed
  • Long hair tied back securely
  • Players must bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strength & Conditioning sessions may require appropriate footwear and additional equipment as advised.
